About us
Four decades of roasting, built on doing right by the people we serve.
Our story
Established in Dallas in 1983.
Globex America began as one of the first coffee roasters in Dallas. At a time when most of the city was buying coffee that had been sitting in a warehouse for months, we were roasting it locally and delivering it fresh.
Four decades later, that hasn’t changed — but the business around it has grown. Today we roast a full portfolio of coffees, from clean single origins to Italian-inspired espresso and signature flavored selections like Texas Maple Pecan and Frangelica Crème, and we blend a broad tea program alongside them, including specialty selections such as Apricot Chardonnay and Peach Mango.
We also sell and service espresso machines, supply the cups, filters, sweeteners and cleaning products behind the counter, and train the teams who use them.

What we stand for
Four values that decide how we work.
Quality
Careful sourcing, fresh roasting and blends held to a defined profile — cup after cup, delivery after delivery.
Reliability
Dependable supply and responsive support, because a beverage program that runs out is not a program.
Integrity
Straight answers about what we can do, what it costs and when it arrives.
Customer success
We measure ourselves by whether the program makes our customer's operation easier and better.
